Privacy Policy for QR Studio

QR Studio (“the app”) is published by RoloMob. We built QR Studio to be private by design. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what the app does and does not do with information.
The short version
QR Studio collects no personal data, transmits nothing off your device, and works entirely offline. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs that track you.
Information we collect
None. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information.
The app does not ask you to create an account or sign in. It does not contain advertising or analytics libraries. It makes no network requests, so no data about you or your device is ever sent to us or to anyone else.
Information you create and where it stays
When you generate a QR code, the content you enter (such as text, a URL, Wi-Fi details, a contact, or an email) is processed entirely on your device to draw the QR image. A history of the codes you generate is saved locally on your device so you can reuse them.
This information:
- stays on your device,
- is never uploaded to any server,
- is not accessible to us or any third party, and
- can be deleted at any time from within the app (delete individual entries or clear all history), or by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.
If you choose to save a QR code as an image, it is written to your device’s photo gallery (Pictures/QR Studio) using Android’s standard media storage. That image stays on your device under your control.
Permissions
QR Studio requests no runtime permissions. It does not access the internet, your contacts, camera, microphone, location, or files. Saving an image on Android 10 and newer uses a scoped system API that requires no permission; on older versions the save feature is simply unavailable.
Children’s privacy
Because the app collects no data at all, it collects no data from children. QR Studio is safe for users of all ages.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the app handles information, we will update this policy and the “Last updated” date above. Since the app is fully offline and collects nothing, we do not anticipate material changes.
